When your sense of worth has been tied to providing and achieving, a change at work can feel like a change in who you are.

More than a job

For many men, work has been the clearest answer to the question of who they are. Burnout, a layoff, being passed over, nearing retirement, or simply losing interest can leave that answer feeling thin.

Not career coaching

Rebecca does not offer career coaching. The work focuses on your inner experience of change, including pressure, disappointment, ambition, and the wish for something more meaningful.
