Questions That Matter to You

What to Expect in a Free Consultation

A free 15-minute consultation is a short conversation about fit, not a commitment.

How it is arranged

Reach out by phone or email. Rebecca aims to find a short time slot soon after you get in touch. There is no online calendar to navigate and no paperwork to complete first.

What you might discuss

You can describe what brings you in, in as much or as little detail as you like. You can ask about Rebecca's approach, scheduling, fees, and whether in-person or online sessions might fit.

What it is not

The consultation is not a therapy session or an assessment. It is a chance for both of you to consider whether working together makes sense.

After the call

If you both want to proceed, onboarding details follow. If not, that is fine, and you are under no obligation.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to prepare anything?
No. You may want to jot down questions, but nothing is required.
Is the consultation confidential?
You can ask about confidentiality at the start of the call.
