Room to think out loud.

Space to explore what is happening now and the patterns underneath it.

Rebecca Victor, LP-D

For Adults and Mature Adolescents

Individual Therapy

Time that belongs to you, to think out loud about your life.

What people bring

Often it is hard to name at first.

Some people arrive with something specific: anxiety that will not settle, grief, a relationship that keeps going the same way. Others arrive with a sense that something is off. They are capable and busy and still feel unmet, or tired in a way that rest does not fix.

Either is a reasonable place to start. Individual therapy with Rebecca gives you room to look at what is happening now and at the older patterns underneath it.

Who it is for

Adults, and adolescents who want this for themselves

Most of Rebecca's individual clients are adults, many of them women in midlife. She also works with young professionals sorting out work, love and independence.

She sees mature adolescents too, when the young person is the one who wants therapy. That motivation matters more than an age. If you are a parent wondering whether this could suit your teenager, the consultation is a good place to talk it through.

The process

How it unfolds

It starts with a free 15-minute consultation. If you both feel it could be a good fit, you schedule a first session. From there you meet regularly, at a pace you agree on together and can revisit as things change.

The first few conversations

The first two to three sessions are an extended consultation: a chance to understand your needs and what you hope to work on. You and Rebecca explore your goals together, refining them as you learn more about what brings you to therapy. This early phase also gives you space to assess fit. It is a conversation about your experience and whether this way of working makes sense for you, rather than a plan decided in advance. Your perspective remains central as you consider the work together.
